Privacy Policy for and "Embodied Woman" LLC.

This "Privacy Policy” applies to Embodied Woman, LLC and (hereinafter referred to as “the School”). This Privacy Policy explains the manner in which the School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all content offered by the School.

Content associated with the School includes any and all written, recorded, or downloaded maternal that is purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered by the School including, but not limited to, courses, blog posts, newsletters, emails, guides, worksheets, workbooks, webinars, coaching services, consultations, digital downloads, podcasts episodes, social media posts, and website content.

Please read this “Privacy Policy” carefully and in its entirety prior to engaging with the School.

Accessing the School and it’s content in any capacity indicates your understanding and consent of this Policy. By accessing this School and it’s content, you are voluntarily agreeing to be bound by this Policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, interact with the School, purchase content from the School, subscribe to a newsletter, or in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources made available in the School. The information collected may include, but but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, and payment information.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your use of our websites, communication preferences, and aggregated data related to your use of the School and its content.

Students may visit the School anonymously. The School will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.

How we use collected information

The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service
    Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
  • To send periodic emails
    We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.
  • To provide testimonials of content offered by the School
    If you choose to leave reviews or testimonials about products you engage with through the School, this information may be used by the School to further promote products or otherwise engage with users

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.

We will not transfer your personal information to any third party without seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as described below:

  • Analytics
  • Payment recovery services
  • Data collection & process

We require such third party’s to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.

We will retain your personal information with us for 90 days to 2 years after users terminate their accounts or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Correcting, Updating, and Removing Personal Information
